Get Outdoors under the Gateway Arch! In hopes of encouraging healthy, active outdoor fun, participants will host activities such as bicycle safety, bicycle tours, walking tours, a rock climbing wall, fishing and exercise classes. Information booths regarding healthy lifestyles, healthy foods and public lands will also be part of the event. The day will begin with a one-hour boot camp exercise class hosted by the gymnastics VISA Championships and the St. Louis Sports Commission.
