Details:
on the Mesa Falls Byway between Ashton and Island Park. Coming from the south: Go through Ashton and follow Highway 47 until in turns into the scenic Byway at Bear Gulch. 16 Miles to Upper Mesa Falls turnoff. From the North: Take highway 20 to about a mile south of Last Chance and turn seft onto the byway when you see the sign. If you see the entrance to Harriman Park, you went too far.
